    Return & Refund Policy

    At Afnan Store, we are committed to providing high-quality Sudanese products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Return & Exchange Conditions

    Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order, provided that:

    • The product is unused and in its original condition.
    • The original packaging is intact.
    • A photo is provided if there is any issue or damage.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Due to the nature of food and consumable products, returns are not accepted if:

    • The product has been opened or used.
    • More than 3 days have passed since delivery.
    • The product was improperly stored by the customer.

    Damaged or Incorrect Products

    If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

    Shipping Costs

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping if the return is for personal reasons.
    • Afnan Store will cover shipping costs if the mistake was made by the store.
